1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the date of purchase. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by an additional 1–2 days. In such cases, customers will be notified via email. 

 2. Shipping Timeline Estimated delivery dates depend on the destination location: Region Estimated Delivery Time Metro Cities 4–6 Business Days Tier-2 / Tier-3 Cities 5–6 Business Days Remote / Rural Areas 7-8 Business Days Please note that unexpected delays may occur due to courier partner issues, weather conditions, or national holidays. AuraHeaven is not responsible for delays outside our control. 

 3. Shipping Charges Free Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹499 Standard Shipping Fee: ₹60–₹80 for orders below ₹499 Cash On Delivery (COD): Additional handling fee of ₹40–₹60 may apply Final shipping charges are calculated at checkout. 

 4. Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive: A tracking number A tracking link via Email / SMS Customers can track their shipment anytime using the provided link.

5. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery AuraHeaven is not responsible for failed or delayed delivery caused by: Incorrect or incomplete shipping address Recipient not available / unreachable Courier service refusal or customer denial If a package is returned to us due to incorrect contact details, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping charges. 

 6. International Shipping Currently, we do not offer international shipping. (If you plan to ship worldwide later, we can update this.)

7. Damaged or Lost Packages If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery date with: Order number Images of packaging and product We will investigate with the courier partner and provide a suitable resolution.
